扶手带的使用说明
自动扶梯橡胶扶手带使用说明
为了确保自动扶梯和自动人行道的橡胶扶手带合理使用；延长使用寿命。请广大用户积极配合，务必注意以下事项：
一、选型正确
1、自动扶梯和自动人行道制造或使用单位，应选择与扶梯相同型号的扶手带。
二、运输贮存
1、应防包装破损，防止日晒雨淋，不准受阳光直射。
2、扶手带应保持平放，不准多条重叠堆放。
3、贮存期最多不超过二个月。防止扶手带严重变形而造成调试困难。
4、扶手带防止与油、酸、碱和锐利等物品接触。
5、扶手带贮存环境15℃-35℃,湿度60%-80%范围为宜。
三、安装调试
1、安装搬运时扶手带两端半径不少于300毫米；扶手带拆除包装后，要采取工装措施，保证橡胶表面不被其他物品或金属件损伤。
2、安装调试前，要检验与扶手带接触附件粗糙度和安装平行度，防止损伤扶手带。
3、调试时，扶手带不宜安装过紧或过松；压紧装置不易调的太紧；驱动轮和托轮不得偏离扶手带中心，运行中必须滚动摩擦，防止因过度摩擦导致扶手带受力不均，产生发热而引起机械损伤。
4、安装调试完成后，自动扶梯或自动人行道或不整体运输，需将扶手带拆卸时，应恢复塑料薄膜包扎，两端转弯半径不少于300毫米，不得将扶手带在自动扶梯或人行道上张紧状态下长时间停放。
5、自动扶梯或自动人行道在使用单位安装调试后，如果暂时不实用，必须没周将自动扶梯 运行数分钟，避免扶手带长时间停滞在自动扶梯或自动人行道的两端转弯处由于应力集中而产生龟裂及变形。
Escalator handrail usage guide
TO ensurs reasonable usage of rubber handrail,keep its good function and extend its servic life,we would like to remind you,our dear customer,to notice blow:
Part One:Proper selection of handrail for escalator/auto-walk
1.Make sure the handrail model suit the model of escalator/auto-walk.
Part Two:Transportation and storage
1.Packing breakage and direct exposure to sunlight or rain shall be avoided.
2.The handrail shall be kept flatly, prohibiting piling seveal handrails together.
3.The time for storage of handrail should not exceed two months,to avoid handrail distortion and difficulty in handrail installaion.
4.The handrail shall be kept from oil,sour,alkail of sharp items.
5.The handrail shall be kept in environment with temperature range of 15-35℃and humidity range 60%-80%.
Part Three:installation and adjusting
1.In the process of installation and moving, the bending radius of bandrail at both ends shall not be less than 300mm.Afger the handrail is taken out from the packing, correct tools shall be used to protect rubber surface from other metal items.
2.Before installing and adjusting,the parts that the handrail contacts shall be examined to avoid possible damage to handrail.
3.During adjusting, the handrail shall not be installed too tightly or too loosely;the tension device shall not be adjusted too tightly;The driving roller and supporting rollers should not deviate from the center or handrail. In movement the handrail can only endure rolling friction while andy overfriction can cause uneven stess on the handrail,geerate heat and eause mehanical damage to the handrail.
4.After installation and adjusting,if the escalator/auto-walk is not transported as a whole unit and the handrail needs to be taken down, the hhandrail shall be warped with plastic sheets again and the bending radius of handrail at both ends shall not be less than 300mm.The handrail can not be put on escalator/auto-walk in long-time tension status.
5.After installation and adjusting,if the escalator/auto-walk will not be used temporaily. Every week, the escalator/auto-walk shall be run for several minutes to protect the handrail,from cracking or distorting by staying at the escalator/auto-walk's turning part for too long and enduring long-time stress.
